Working with subcontractors to resolve service requests is an important part of our job. We establish reasonable buyer expectations, manage service requests and document quality and response data. We’ll work with you to provide effective, efficient customer service to your builders and their buyers.
We qualify warranty items, non-warranty items, and response urgency to facilitate appropriate subcontractor follow up while minimize unqualified requests. Our systems and methods are field proven by the builders, buyers and subcontractors we’re serving from coast to coast. WE- CARE!
